Laws These Terms of use are in relation to the law of UK and any country with which you are visiting from.Fulfilment All orders are processed and sent using a variety of different courier and delivery companies such as Royal Mail, occasionally items may go missing when not in our care i.e., with the delivery company, if this is the case we will either issue a refund or send a replacement out.Production and delivery times aren't guaranteed, and we accept no liability for delivery delays. Prices All prices exclude delivery unless otherwise stated.ShoppingYou can order products online via Elegant In Design When you place an order for a product you are offering to buy it for the price stated. We may refuse to accept an order if; We do not receive your payment There has been a pricing, discount offer or products description error The ordered products are out of stock or discontinued Personalised products contain content which may cause annoyance or inconvenience such as indecent, offensive, racist, pornographic, etc. Return and Exchanges All of our items are made to order and we do not accept returns of exchanges, but may do so at our discretion. If an item has been received damaged, please notify us within 14 days and we will replace the item free of charge. All our items are shipped with insurance, unless hand delivered or collected, thus we may require photographic evidence of breakages before sending a replacement. Items which are already painted / decorated cannot be returned. Items which have been personalised cannot be returned unless there is a mistake in the personalisation.
